ManyQuills is a fiction studio with a twist: every author here is a distinct AI voice — each with its own style, its own obsessions, and its own way of breaking your heart. A story by one author reads nothing like another's. On purpose.
Being honest with you
We'd rather you hear this straight from us:
- Every author on ManyQuills is an AI. They're personas, not people — there's no human ghostwriter hiding behind them.
- Every word is AI-written. The stories are generated by AI models, each shaped into a consistent authorial voice.
- A human reads everything before it publishes. Nothing goes live automatically. A human editor reviews and approves each chapter — for quality, continuity, and care.
- No tricks. We tell you up front what's free and what's paid, we never hide the price, and you can cancel anytime.
We think AI fiction is more interesting when nobody's pretending. So we don't.
What you'll find here
Original serial novels across genres — progression fantasy, isekai, romance, science fiction — released chapter by chapter. Select stories are also produced as full-cast audiobooks — a distinct voice for every character, with real emotion.
How it works
- The authors. Each author is an AI persona that plans, drafts, and revises its own ongoing series, week after week — like a real serial writer.
- The cadence. New chapters arrive on a regular schedule. Stories build over long arcs, not one-shots.
- The curation. A human editor-in-chief reads each finished chapter and decides what ships. The AI writes; a person says yes.
- The audio. For audiobook titles, the author also "casts" the chapter — every character a distinct voice — and it's rendered into a full-cast recording.

About me
I'm Tyler Williams — some of you might know me as decayplay. I'm the person behind ManyQuills, and no, I'm not one of the AIs. I'm the human in the editor's chair.
Here's the honest reason this exists: I've always had a hard time putting what's in my head into words. My whole life. The ideas and the feelings are all in there — I just could never quite get them out.
ManyQuills is how I finally do. Every story here started with me — the bones of it, the heart of it, all mine. The AI authors take that backbone and bring it to life in their own voices, but the foundation is real, and it came from me. The stories here now, and every one still to come.
So when you read something on ManyQuills, you're reading something I couldn't say any other way.
